Created by Max and Ellen Schupbach, these two hour events will turn things upside-down !In each event, we will follow a format more or less as follows: one of the learners, (yes, phase 2 students - an advanced DDI student on the path towards diploma - will get first choice) will work as the facilitator/therapist with one of our DDI faculty diplomats. AND in the second half of the class, one of our DDI diplomats will work with one of our learners and receive SUPAvision from the students.
Our Intensive Courses are designed to teach, demonstrate and practice together Process Work facilitation of large and small groups, weaved together with inner work and personal coaching.
Our participants come from diverse professional backgrounds and all walks of life across the globe. All share an interest in personal growth and making a difference in their world by facilitating conflicts to discover the regenerative potential. This course is meant for you if you want to learn how to stay close to your inner center while remaining fluid and open minded in the midst of outer controversy. Deep Democracy considers this the foundation for impactful leader - and eldership.
