The training includes concepts of Process Work, practicing inner work, relationship work, group facilitation, and a case clinic to offer a space to share and deepen process work application in the organizational context.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Process Work<\/strong> interventions allow individuals to understand their own lives, discover the potential for themselves and their surroundings, to have more interaction and vibrancy among their parts, bringing out creativity, meaning, and happiness for increased connectivity. Process Work is a multi-dimensional whole system approach, discovering the natural fl<\/span>\"\"ow of evolution hidden behind polarizations and conflicts.<\/span><\/h2>\n
